You may use Orbit Shift for personal, lawful entertainment. Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, probe its security, or attempt to bypass payment verification.

A successful $4.99 USD payment grants a personal, non-transferable license to play endless mode. The verified checkout identifier is saved in the purchasing browser. You may need the original checkout link or receipt to restore access after clearing browser data or changing devices.

We aim to keep the game available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may fix bugs, rebalance gameplay, or change technical requirements. We will not introduce a recurring charge for an existing one-time purchase.

Scores currently live in your browser and are not an official competition record. Manipulated scores, automated play, and exploits do not create any entitlement to prizes, recognition, or refunds.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
